Vegan Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

Step 1


Mix the sponge cake mix with water and coconut oil for a few seconds and add the sliced blueberries.



Step 2


In the meantime mix all the ingredients for the crumbles until you have a crumbly texture.


Step 3


Sprinkle the muffins with crumbles and bake at 180c for 25to 30mix depends on the oven.


  • 170gr Spong cake mix

  • 150gr warm water

  • 15gr coconut oil

  • 40gr sliced blueberries


For Crumbles:


  • 100gr plant based butter

  • 220gr gluten free flour

  • 100gr coconut blossom sugar or brown sugar

  • 5gr cinnamon powder

  • 1gr salt
