Step 1
Mix the sponge cake mix with water and coconut oil for a few seconds and add the sliced blueberries.
Step 2
In the meantime mix all the ingredients for the crumbles until you have a crumbly texture.
Step 3
Sprinkle the muffins with crumbles and bake at 180c for 25to 30mix depends on the oven.
170gr Spong cake mix
150gr warm water
15gr coconut oil
40gr sliced blueberries
For Crumbles:
100gr plant based butter
220gr gluten free flour
100gr coconut blossom sugar or brown sugar
5gr cinnamon powder
1gr salt
