RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@bakeupp.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY



Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

PostNL
All our order within Netherlands are beeing handled by PostNL, which offers a "next day delivery" if you order before 23:00 (Mon- Fri). If you're not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a post office near you. You'll receive a digital notification stating which post office you can pick up the package from, and you can also see the location on your Track & Trace page. Remember to bring your ID card or passport to verify your identity when picking up the package.

BakeUpp does not charge shipping costs for orders over € 36 ( (for orders up to € 36, we charge a contribution of € 6.30 towards shipping).
 


DPD
It is possible to send a package to a DPD ParcelShop. Use the DPD 2Shop service for this. The recipient will receive an email as soon as the package has been delivered to the DPD ParcelShop. He/she can then pick up the package within 7 days at his/her convenience.
Cost of using DPD 2Shop is € 4.70

BakeUpp does not charge shipping costs for orders over € 36 ( (for orders up to € 36, we charge a contribution of € 4.70 towards shipping).

DHL
BakeUpp is using DHL parcel for costumers in Germany only. The cost of using DHL parcel delivery in Germany is €10.50 for up to 2kg and €11.40 for weights exceeding 2kg.


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

For evening delivery hours there is extra fee charge. For international shipping rates will change depending on the delivery location

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

To ensure next-day delivery, order must be placed by 11pm CET.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday. Some delivery options incudes Saturday as well.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
