Ingredients

Step 1


Mix grated carrots, spices, oil, and walnuts.


Step 2


Mix mixture, water, and oil separately, then combine with other ingredients.



Step 3


Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.



Optional


For topping, combine icing sugar, water, and vegan cream cheese

  • 400 g mixture

  • 350 g water

  • 150 g grated carrots

  •  35 g coconut oil

  •   40 g chopped walnuts

  •  10 g coconut oil

  • 3 g cinnamon

  • 3 g ground cloves

  • 2 g nutmeg


    For topping (optional):

  • 150 g powdered sugar

  • 100 g vegan cream cheese

  • 35 g water
